The advanced group have classes on Tuesday evenings from 8pm to 10pm and our beginners class are held on Mondays from 12 - 1. We have an intermediate class also on Tuesday afternoons 3- 4pm. Should anyone want more help, you can call to 'An Seomra Gaeilge' at the Co-op offices. We also have other activities from time to time so that people have plenty of opportunities to practice conversational Irish.

Tai Chi ; Stíl Chen
Anyone can learn and enjoy Tai Chi. It is a milder form of martial arts than most and is a great way to release tension. Confidence, self-disipline and a well balanced mind are some of the benefits of regularily practicing Tai Chi. Come and see what it's all about at the handball alley at 8.30 p.m. Fridays.
